I worked through Kate to see who might be available on short notice and she recommended Claire. I know by now that Kate's recommendations are spot-on. We arranged for Claire to meet me at my private residence the same evening. Claire called to let me know she was running late and then arrived when she predicted. My residence is difficult to find and I usually need to stand in fron of the house and flag them down, so I was surprised when she called and said that she was at my gate. She was everything that Kate said she was, so we moved inside and took care of the business end of things and then got warmed up.
