So I arrived at Jamie's location. A nice quiet basement apartment. There's was a little clutter, but otherwise organized. Once inside, she made me feel comfortable and got right down to brass tax. Everything didn't go as planned, but in a pinch, she'll suffice. I wouldn't repeat though.
