Scheduled my visit through the website/number, was able to text since I have used them before. Showed up on time to a really cool older building (well maintained and neat). Lilia didn't answer right away and a few seconds later a pretty young woman walked up the stairs behind me and apologized for being late (1 minute)... it was Lilia. She had stepped out to get a drink. Upon entering she spent 2-3 minutes showing me around (changing area, bathroom/shower, massage area and kitchen) and told me to make myself comfortable. She said once I was undressed to get comfortable on the massage table... which I did.
