I had an appointment set up with another provider in the late morning. I was supposed to call when I arrived but she never answered the phone. ( I later found out that she was ill.) Disappointed I searched my phone for another add and came across the Mother/Daughter Duo team and set up an appointment for an hour later. This was a one call process but I called to announce my arrival. This is a much older area south of Cleveland. These ladies live in the upstairs apartment and had just moved in. At the time of my visit the gas had yet to be turned on. To make a long story short, the massage was less then adequate and other services were just the same. I truly wasted my time and money and would never return to see them again.
