I had called the agency the day before but it was when they changed their phone numbers. One I tried the next day, I spoke with Nikki and we agreed on a time but she said she had to call me back to confirm. Well, she never did so I had to call them back and and delay the original time by 1/2 hour. Once that confusion was cleared, things got better
