Arrived to Utopia and was offered a choice of attendants. They paraded out and all were terrible except for Tia. Was told that Tia went out to the store and that she would be back any minute. This turned into a 30 min. wait, contemplated leaving several times but there was no one else to see here or anywhere else that piques my interest. She finally arrived with a very postive attitude and bubbly personality - I had never seen her before. She promised me a good time... read on VIP.
