Katie was very welcoming. I'm new to this arena and this is the first time I didn't feel awkward or like she didn't want me to be there. She talked like a normal person, like you were talking to a friend, not a drill sergeant. Cute southern voice too! I really have nothing bad to say. Overall it was a great experience.
