I'm not sure how I can really put down into words the experience I had with Annette. Forget about the provider experience, it was top notch - She is absolutely one of the best people I have ever met. Down to earth - warm - friendly - very talkative. She has a lot of character. There is not much honesty in her line of work, but I was completely blown away by her openness.
