Set up through internet - she answered right away and was prompt in all responses. Very pleasant to deal with as she was always prompt with responses - many times you don't hear back for days (if at all) to an inquiry - that won't happen here!!

Handled all arrangements via email - she insisted on references and I delivered. Once approintment was cleared we had fun dialogue via email and text. Day of service standard two call system. Found her from her directions no problem. Will def repeat!
