I made an appointment then canceled because of work only to make the appointment again...luckily for me Arielle could (and would) accommodate me after the false start. Usual 2-call system. I started e-mailing Valerie about a week or so before her visit to Boston. We went back and forth as I straightened out the details. I have been burned before and I didn't want to get burned again.
