Meeting Karon was my first experience with a provider, and it was a great introduction for a newbie. The booking and screening process was straightforward and efficient; scheduling required a bit of back-and-forth due to some last-minute changes to my calendar, but she was very professional and helpful with the timing. As a largely inexperienced newbie, I was both nervous and, well, pretty clueless overall. But Karon was very down to earth, showed me a few things that are basic but that I hadn't had the opportunity to try, and answered a lot of questions. I can definitely confirm that she's an excellent guide for newcomers.
