A little hard to communicate with and or understand. Accent is VERY strong. But I will say that she may not understand all, but a little prompting goes a long way. Called to set up appt. she answered, had time for me right away. Website says Bellevue, but it was really Renton. Drove there, and I was a little late, parked, she gave me the apt. number and I went up. Greeted at the door with huge smiles. I was led to the room, and given some water. No doubt older than bio. Nice lady though. And not a bad time.
