I saw Erica's ad on BP and I checked out her reviews on TER. Everything seemed good so I called her to make an appointment. It went to voicemail but she called me back about 5 min later to schedule. 3 call system. I had to wait 30 min and I guess she was in a bad mood/day as it wasn't worth the wait.. would not repeat
