Called Darla early a.m. to see if she could fit me in. She had a noon opening so I grabbed it. Her first appointment was for 10 but she emphasized that my appt. was for noon, not earlier as she wanted to make sure the client had enough time to enjoy himself. That was very reassuring for me because if she wanted him to be happy, I'd get the same treatment.
