Sheri answered the phone and since it was late, she was a little hesitant about the fact I hadn't pre-scheduled. I am a roomservice member but it was quite late on a weeknight and she was unable to contact roomservice. After talking through my details etc. she realized I was for real and reluctantly agreed to see me. We met as planned and got the details out of the way, but she was quite nervous. After a bit of chatter we both warmed up a little and things got comfortable.
