Contact is done via email. Syncing up schedules took a few tries, but eventually it was sorted out. Her pics are accurate, and she is very cute. Mia is very friendly, and very communicates with you to let you know when she's on her way. Upon arrival, I was very happy to see that the pictures didn't do her justice.
