Started with a phone call, I have always wanted to try a slightly older mild like provider. She answered the call and was extremely pleasant and accommodating. She was able to accommodate me on a shorter notice. Things felt right.

Very easy to set an appointment with, she answered the phone and could accommodate a same day appointment. We did go through a relatively extensive LE screening on the phone. She asked me to call her back when I was 5 minutes out to give me directions to the apartment as she thought it was hard to find. Made it there and she came out to meet me in the parking lot.
