Texts are fine. Left message late Friday and heard back Saturday am.,said there was a party earlier and place showed remains of that. Too early to clean up much. Didn't mind, great attitude, but all items covered. Cooperative and wants to please. She is easy to reach, doesn't mind texts, Had a nice time. Will probably repeat.
