Very easy to set appointment. Got verified through TER id. Instructions were provided via text. Overall very enjoyable clean environment. Good value. Went to see Gaga, who due to all the great reviews lately, was running late. Kristy came in to sit with me. We watched Korean soap operas together while I waited for Gaga. It was cute, kind of like your GF's sister keeping you company! To be honest I wasn't thrilled to be jumping right into Gaga with no time for her to wash up (and dry off!). And frankly speaking, Kristy, who by the way at 5'8" is probably the tallest Korean woman I've ever met, was so personable it wasn't hard to just change options. I didn't regret it!
