Called and texted the day before. Glad I did as Sue had some computer issues and had a friend at her place helping to fix those issues. My appointed time was delayed a bit but was a very minor issue. Finally got a call that Sue was ready and she came to the door to let me in.

Had tried to call Sue but then left a message on her voice mail. Had a couple of appointments that day and missed her call back. Really hesitated to call back but decided to and Sue picked up. She has a very nice and comforting pleasant voice. She was very easy to talk to and she briefly explained what she offered and her pricing. Did not take me any time to decide to go for it and glad I did.
