I've had a little history with Hayden as we missed a connection last February when I was in town last. I set this appointment up about a month ahead of time again and was looking forward to finally meeting this lady. As her reputation for being late is well known, I knew what to expect there. Hayden was running so late, she got a speeding ticket on her way! She finally made it to my hotel a few hours late, but came with a promise to make it up to me, and make it up to me she did! This is the real deal guys, she may be late on occasion, but this is what you are looking for, no BS, no hurry and very friendly.
