I wanted to say first off, communication, despite both of us having busy lives and several hit and misses, is top notch. Two people, both busy lives, it happens. Understandable. Keep trying and eventually something will click. The first time we tried to set something up, it was last minute, as these things tend to go. I'm about 45 minutes from her location so As soon as I texted her things finally aligned almost perfectly we agreed to meet at a hotel. It was a clean and very nice hotel, in a safe location.
