Simple call and set up time and address. Once there had to wait about 15 min but then gave room number. Was told had to wait for room to be cleaned. Once I got to her room, she looked just like her photos and was very pleasant. She had 2 little dogs in the room but they were in a portable kennel. Unfortunately, although she tried, this was not the best experience so ymmv. I will not be returning but I'm sure some will like her just fine.
