Was in Scottsdale for business, so emailed ahead of time with references. Her booking assistant, Tor, was very responsive and helpful (as I had to modify the appointment a few times). Night of the appointment, a little bit of a mishap in that Emily had trouble finding my hotel - but she called with regular updates and eventually knocked on my door. When opened the door - wow, supercute spinner with friendly smile. We talked a bit, she took a quick shower and then the fun started.
