Reached out to the agency and received a text back immediately. After getting verified the appointment set up was easy. Parking was not too much trouble considering it's downtown LA. Did have to wait 15 minutes extra after the set up time, but it was added to the end of the appointment. Got buzzed in at the door, rode an elevator up to a quite apartment building where I was greeted at the door by Aki.
