I contacted Sindee through TER. She was great about returning emails and scheduling an appointment that worked well for both of us. There was only a minor glitch when I got to the apartment. Sindee didn't have a phone number she could give out and I had no way of calling her. She did call me promptly, though and I had no trouble getting into her building. Once I got there, she was very friendly and made me feel at ease very quickly. I would highly recommend her.
