Called Erica and at first got voice mail (non-personalized). I hung up but she called back about 6-7 minutes later. Sounded very friendly over the phone but she does have a noticeable Hispanic accent. Little problem understanding her, however. Standard 2-call system and I had no problem getting to her apartment. She met me at the door in just a robe and stockings and gave me a slight hug. I walked inside and it was clear she shares the apartment with someone else. It was actually (I learned later) that someone else's apartment as Erica lives in Miami and is just down here visiting family for a few weeks.
