I frequently read reviews... but I almost never write them. When you read the reviews of most providers who are frequently and favorably reviewed, they're all pretty much alike and it's my feeling that, if there's nothing to add, why bother? Ciri is the exception that proves the rule. VIPs read on to find out why.
