Scheduling was easy, communication was prompt, and there was never an issue. Lana's English was fine, and she had a total provider attitude. I texted Lana in the morning. I got a quick response and set up our afternoon hour appointment. I sent several follow-up texts regarding parking, and soon, I knocked at her door right at the appointed time. Lana is a sweetheart. She is such a cutie pie. She is better in person than in pictures and brings great energy to her sessions. She brings her whole personality to her sessions and is very kind and generous. You can't help but smile with her from the moment you step into her door 'till the end of your session.
