Karen was very friendly and chatty. She made it very comfortable. She led me to her clean room with scented candles - very nice atmosphere. She first collected the house fee, then gave me a rundown of her services. After we settled on that, we both got comfortable. She is an LMT, so she gave a GREAT massage.
