Usual checks and screening. Once appt was setup, had some issues where I had to push it back by a week. Ample time was given (over 5 days). I then had to push it back one more day, but she was very understanding. Although initially, I thought I was late. I texted to let her know, but turns out i was late by 5 min. However it turns out she was running late. She did txt to let me know. After all that, I was able to get into her apt.
