Ann is a well educated young lady who is so polished that she at first seemed to me like a professional real estate agent determined to make the best impression possible. We hit it off just as soon as we met. She believes in screening properly, and I was delighted to meet her, especially when I saw how attractive she was. With that mischevous wink in her eye, I knew that we would certainly have some pleasant time together. Ann told me how much she appreciates a polite gentlemen.
