This provider mainly communicated by phone call. She told me to call to confirm 1 hour before for the specific location. When communicating I found her to be very professional and respectful. Picks up very quickly. Responds to texts in a timely manner. She has a roommate who appears to be in the same age group as her (50s). Roommate was respectful and minded her own business.
