I had had my eye on Veronica for awhile as a good choice for my newbie initiation, and I wasn't disappointed. She responded to my initial email right away with enthusiasm. Others have noted that her screening process is very thorough - I found it indeed thorough but not onerous. Once we got past the screening, we quickly agreed on a time for the appointment.
