Contacted her on my way through town. She asked if I could hold off 30 minutes to clear out the house (not another hobbyist) and I said ok. She called 15 minutes later and told me it was clear. Met me at the door in a pair of short and tank. Very petite female who was super friendly. Asked me inside, I set down the donation as she led me off to her room. She is willing to go the extra mile to make you happy and only seems to have one hard limit that I know of. For the price point I would revisit and recommend. VIP read on.
