Scoured the net and finally found someone willing to pretty much do what I wanted a great price. I was heading towards her place and noticed the entire neighborhood was pretty bad and trashy. Looking at the apartment houses I felt like bailing out early. Glad I didn't though. Met her on her front steps and was pleasantly surprised she was better looking than I thought. She shares an apartment with someone else but I didn't see anyone as I walked up the stairs and into her room. Yes, the entire apartment was definitely not the greatest but it wasn't awful either. I just wanted one thing and one thing only..and she was very good at it. She did not rush at all and let me do what I wanted with my time. She was also sane and easy to talk with.
