Collette was easy to get a hold of, easy to talk to, considerate, and warm. Just because of life getting in the way, there was a lot of back and forth about scheduling, but she was forthcoming, transparent, and flexible. Once we got the referral settled, we just had to find out when our schedules matched, and we were good to go. I met her in public, and she was warm smiles and followed up on the conversations we'd had online. Big hug -- she's a good hugger, and good at many more things I'll tell in the VIP review.
