I don't know what to say, I saw scarlett a year ago and everything was great, how ever this time she came in kissed me hello and I gave her donation. She then said she had to run out to car and talk to girlfriend who drove her, she then disappeared. Left an empty hand bag and coat....total setup.....SHE HAS TURNED INTO A RIP OFF STAT AWAY!!!!
