We arranged to meet during Nikki's visit to Scottsdale. We managed to schedule an appointment after several emails. My schedule was in flux during her visit and Nikki was surprisingly accommodating. I'm exceedingly grateful that she was able to help make our schedules line up. At her incall hotel, I knocked on her door which was cracked open and Nikki invited me in as long as I wasn't the maid. I assured her I wasn't and I entered the room. Non-VIPs: you bet your ass I'll repeat.
