this is my first reviewon TER and hopefully not the last, i am fairly new to the hobby so finding a provider who would see my with out references was going to be hard, but hot with jillian. she was very wiling to see me as a newbie. called one evening she didnt answer, but called right back, she was very nice over the phone, asked if i could see her that evening and said yes, gave me directions to her incall, called again once i got there and gave me the go ahead.
