Very professional, welcoming, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. She made the entire experience feel relaxed and comfortable. She has GREAT attention to detail and an attractive personality. Everything was exactly as described, and the atmosphere felt genuine rather than rushed or transactional. Definitely someone who leaves a strong positive impression and is easy to recommend. Left happier than I walked in.
