Arrived a few minutes early and called her scheduler for room number and was told Arielle would be about 10 minutes late and she would call me back then. 45 minutes later still had not gotten a call back so I called her and left a message, did not hear anything for another 30 minutes. Called back again and said I would wait another few minutes before leaving, finally got a call back and she said mix up was her fault and not Arielle's. Was given room number and went up.
