I've been in the Phoenix area a few times on business. My first visit with her was a few months ago, and it was a good one. However, I wanted to try her again as it has been my experience that the service is much better as a repeat customer. And this was certainly the case this time. All of my communications with her have been by email. In the case of the most recent visit, I set it up a couple weeks in advance. I got to her studio with no problems, which is another benefit of multiple visits. You already know the traffic patterns. I walked in to the waiting room and she came out and just gave me the biggest hug without even saying a word.
