Screening was taken care of very quickly by the scheduler. TCB was above and beyond on their part. I was coming in from out of town, during a rain storm that left travel a mess. I was 45 minutes late from the original scheduled time, but I did communicate with them, and they accommodated me. Big reason why I wanted to write this, even though Dana is leaving in a couple of days, is to commend the scheduler. This situation was handled very professionally.

Since Tigerpusslove (f.k.a. Anna Lynn) has gone somewhat UTR, getting a hold of her to meet was a bit of challenge...especially since she had been in the process of relocating her "den" these past few months. But, once our schedules sync'ed, it was rather easy to meet...except for me almost misjudging how much further away from the center of Austin she now lives. It can now be a bit of a drive, so I would plan accordingly. Still very much worth the drive. :-)

My expectations of this date were similar to those I had when I saw Tori Capelli for the second time. First saw her when she was brand new and knew nothing about the hobby and was represented by an agency. Second time, saw her when she had had some experience and was a strong indy. Tori was already a superstar (and a genuinely nice person), but became a legend in my eyes the second time I saw her. Ashtyn was a little more reserved, but I saw talent and kindness in her as well, albeit from a more mature flavor with a little more wit and spice than Tori had.
