Scheduling an appointment with Diamond was not that easy, she is the second provider (in a row, no less) that uses text messages exclusively and for this one hour appointment it took 30 messages. I prefer email myself and while I do text 30 messages is a little much. Also she changed days (I pre-booked) she changed times and she changed times again. I ended up arriving an hour early and waited. After she send me a text with her apt # I arrived at her door which was opened so I announced myself and walked in. She met me in the living room looking very nice in a short dress and high heel boots. She was very apologetic about the time confusion and we did begin about 15 minutes before the re-re-rescheduled appointment.
