Contacted Katie 2 weeks before my trip to Atlanta. Very easy to set up a date. Day of we communicated by text because I was in a meeting. She does prefer to talk by phone before hand. I saw a couple weeks in advance that Nikki would be in town. I emailed her & set something up. We emailed back & forth a few times to communicate. She uses an assistant to confirm on the day of.
