Usual 2 call system, got the LE out of the way on the 1st call. Friendly and courteous on the phone and in person. I would consider this a real GFE+. Very relaxed atmosphere, those that are looking for a fresh looking hotel room will be disappointed, but IMHO it was far from trashed. Someone else could disagree without an arguement from me.
