Being a newbie I did alot of research with the help of sites like TER and found a few mature providers with good reviews, I contacted Victoria by e-mail (best way) then called her. she talked to me for half hour, she knew I was nervous and invited me to her place just to talk on her time, we talked for along time until I was comfortable.
