Was first time with this service. called and got verified quickly. Was going to go with another provider but the young lady was not available. worked with Ray and got everything set up. needed to call when it was time he would give me the room number. She was a few mins late getting to the hotel also was given th wrong room number at first. but in all not hard to work with.
