Arrived at agreed upon time and then no response to texts for 20 min. Finally spoke to Deb and got apartment number. Met me at the door in a towel with a smile. Pictures were very outdated and weight was understated by about 40 lbs. Still, Deb was friendly and started with a warm hug and helped me undress. Went straight to bedroom and got to work.
